The successful commercialisation of project results – especially in the form of a start-up – requires the combination of at least two “components”:

  • a “good” project content (research result, project result, product concept, …),
  • a person who can and wants to drive the project forward – a capable and motivated founder personality.

Both are not always present.

The aim is to enable successful commercialisation where both are not available.

Within the framework of the project, the extensive catalogue of existing measures of all participating universities is to be made accessible to potential founders on the one hand and for the further development of project contents on the other.

In regular joint workshops, the WTZ team will evaluate the respective status of the project or the founding team (maturity, knowledge carriers, exploitation potential, exploitation paths, current challenges…) and develop proposals for suitable, targeted further measures – from the pool of existing offers.
