Due to the great success of our first WIRTSCHAFTSGEIST Workshop, the Knowledge Transfer Centre South (WTZ Süd) has initiated a second edition on December 2, 2016.

Target groups:

  • Students of the Humanities, Social Sciences, Cultural Studies & Arts – from the University of Graz, Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt and the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz
  • Start-ups from different professional areas.

The WIRTSCHAFTSGEIST Workshop provides a platform for students to meet young entrepreneurs. Together, they work on a real-life challenge.

The workshop creates a win-win situation for all parties involved: while students gain insight to entrepreneurship, start-ups benefit from the students’ creative problem-solving abilities.

Each start-up gets together with an interdisciplinary group of students to work on a real-life challenge defined by the start-up. Approaches from different disciplines are combined while working on the challenge. A creativity coach helps the teams with valuable input and creativity methods, in order to optimize the results.

Date: Friday, December 2, 2016, 9.00 am to 2 pm.
Place: Performancesaal der Kunstuniversität Graz, Reiterkaserne EG, Leonhardstraße 82-84, 8010 Graz
