The Knowledge Transfer Centre South (WTZ Süd) has initiated the fifth edition of the WIRTSCHAFTSGEIST-Workshops series on Mai 25, 2018.

Target groups: S
tudents of the Humanities, Social Sciences, Cultural Studies & Arts – from the University of Graz, Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt and the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz

The WIRTSCHAFTSGEIST Workshop provides a platform for students to meet young entrepreneurs, who are willing to continue the business of an existing company. Together, they work on a real-life challenge with focus on change management aspects.

The workshop creates a win-win situation for all parties involved: while students gain insight to challenges relating to business succession, start-ups benefit from the students’ creative problem-solving abilities.

Each company gets together with an interdisciplinary group of students in order to work on a real-life challenge defined by the company. Approaches from different disciplines are combined while working on a predefined challenge. An innovation coach helps the teams with valuable input and creativity methods, in order to optimize the results.

Place: Performancesaal der Kunstuniversität Graz, Reiterkaserne EG, Leonhardstraße 82-84, 8010 Graz
